Hello sewing students!

Can I encourage you to join volunteers across Toronto to sew scrub caps for first responders?

SEWforTO is a volunteer community group that is aiming for 3500 scrub caps to be sewn! My goal is for all of us together at Sew Creative to sew 100 caps.

This is a project I think you can sew with the skills you have learnt in sewing class. I encourage you to use those skills to make a difference and sew & donate in this challenging time! You can find the pattern and instructions by Arcady Genkin here.

Here is how we can work together:

Contact me if you don’t have fabric, elastic or thread.

Sew a cap (or two or more!). Contact me if you need help.

Drop off finished cap at Sew Creative. I will wash them and get them delivered to SEWforTO.
